Ron Zor Chairman of the Board and CEO
|
Mr. Ron Zor is a General Partner of Momentum Management, an investment partnership that focuses on corporate acceleration and turnaround of technology companies. Ron was CEO of MINT Communications and VP Business Development at Oshap (NASDAQ: OSHSF), which was acquired by SunGard (NYSE:SDS). He also served as Software Country Manager and Marketing Country Manager at Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC).
Ron has a strong technical background and extensive international management experience. He holds a masters degree in Computer Science from Columbia University and a BSc in Electronic Engineering from the Technion in Israel. |

Zohar Heiblum Chief Operations Officer and Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Zohar Heiblum is a General Partner of Momentum Management. Zohar co-founded Tefen Industrial Engineering Management & Systems Analysis in 1983, and became Executive Co-chairman of the company in 1987. Tefen became a public company in 1994. In 1996, Zohar founded H.B. Investments, and since then has been involved in various companies as investor, consultant and active chairman.
Zohar holds a BSc in Industrial and Management Engineering and an MBA from Tel Aviv University. He has taught problem solving techniques at the IDF Staff and Command School, and Operations Research at Tel Aviv University. |

Shahar Gorodeisky CTO & Vice President Marketing

Dr. Shahar Gorodeisky brings to Celtro more than 10 years experience in management, marketing and R&D in hi-tech. Prior to joining Celtro, Shahar was President and COO of Memlink, an optical communications company, after serving first as VP Marketing and Product Management. Shahar served several years at Tadiran Telecom and ECI, initially as an R&D Director and then as an Associate Vice President of Marketing and Product Management.
Shahar holds a PhD in physics and an MSc in applied physics from the Weizman Institute of Science in Rehovot, Israel and a BSc in physics and computer science from Tel Aviv University. |

Gabriel Matzkin Vice President Sales

| A veteran sales executive with considerable technical background in telecommunications and significant experience in penetrating and developing sales in emerging markets, Gabriel Matzkin comes to Celtro after holding several executive positions at ECI Telecom - most recently as Vice President Sales of the Optical Division, where he was responsible for the division’s global sales. Prior to this position, he was AVP Sales and Marketing for emerging markets in the same ECI division, leading the first sales penetration efforts in APAC and supporting all aspects of the sales cycle. Before that, Matzkin was Telecom Director, responsible for the ECI Project Management Group, running worldwide optical division project management and implementation activities. |

Shay Bakfan Executive Vice President Research and Development
|
Shay has more than 10 years experience in hardware and software development in the areas of packet processing, real-time systems, data communication, and network management. Before joining Celtro, Shay was Director of Engineering at Terayon, where he supervised the design, development, deployment, and cost reduction of VoIP solutions. Previously, Shay was Software and System Director at Bungee, a wireless broadband startup company that developed a wireless, IP-centric, high-capacity communication solution for the last mile gap. Prior to this, Shay worked at Tadiran Electronic Systems as Software Director and participated in the development of a system that enables sophisticated use and control of spectrum bandwidth.
Shay holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University. |

Duby Zaidman Vice President Production and Engineering

| Duby has 30 years of experience in production, engineering, and R&D. He joined ECI Telecom in 1982 as a Service Engineer, then moved to R&D, where he worked as software programmer on the development of computerized quality control systems. Before joining Celtro, Duby worked as Project Manager and Operations Manager in ECI’s R&D Division for the Development of Military Systems. Duby was a member of the Signal Corps in the IDF between 1973-1982, where he served as Chief Technical Engineer and Head of the Corps’s Department of Audit and Control. |

Carmit Sharon Manager of Human Resources

Carmit came to Celtro in 2005 with more than 13 years experience in managing Training and Support Departments in leading software houses and hi-tech companies in Israel. At Celtro, Carmit holds the position of Manager of Human Resources, and is responsible for all organizational processes, recruitment, internal employee training and welfare, and company administration in general. She is also a member of Celtro's Management Team. Carmit holds a B.Sc. degree in biology from Tel Aviv University, and an MBA and MA in Law from Bar-Ilan University.
