Ongoing Software Maintenance
As part of our comprehensive warranty plans, Celtro provides a complete range of software maintenance services.
Bug Correction
Celtro manages software updates and provides software fixes to ensure uniform and updated applications throughout our customers' systems.
From time to time Celtro develops permanent solutions or fixes for known software problems. These are incorporated in our periodic Software Maintenance Releases that are distributed to the customers free of charge.
Customers are also invited to report problems on an ongoing basis. Celtro engineers will evaluate and supply fixes for problems as relevant, as per the severity and urgency of the issue. When reporting a problem, we ask that the following data be provided:

A detailed verbal description of the problem and of the circumstances and operational steps that led to it. |

Additional data such as screen shots of the occurrence, if applicable, or the error list log. |
Remote System Monitoring and Analysis
Celtro systems are designed for remote support via modem or other digital connection. Celtro makes extensive use of remote access for problem analysis and correction (upon customer approval) – ensuring immediate follow-up of functional issues and the effective location of potential problem areas.
Software Upgrades
Consistently striving to improve our products, Celtro will from time to time release new versions of software that significantly improve functionality or add new capabilities. Software upgrades are generally not included as a part of customer Warranty Plans, but may be purchased separately.
