Celtro provides professional support via telephone, fax or email to help isolate and resolve faults and operational problems as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Depending on the selected Warranty/Service Plan, Celtro Hot Line services are available 24/7. During normal business hours, calls are answered at by Celtro support personnel. After business hours (including nights, weekends and holidays), calls are redirected to a voice mailbox where messages and caller details are recorded. A pager alert is sent to a Celtro Customer Support engineer, and a response is received according within the timeframe specified in the relevant support plan.
On-Site Support
For our premium warranty customers, in the event that remote support is unable to resolve a problem, and following reasonable customer efforts based on instructions provided by Celtro engineers, Celtro will dispatch an engineer to the site within the agreed time frame to provide on-site support. Actual time of arrival at customer sites depends on transportation availability.
