Eran Dariel
President & Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Eran Dariel, with more than 25 years in telecommunications, is highly experienced in management, marketing and business development. Before joining Celtro in July 2010, Eran was President and CEO of XSIGHTS-Media, a company that he had co-founded. Prior to that, Eran worked for ECI telecom, where he served in as VP technology, VP marketing & BD in ECI's Optical Division. In 2000 ECI spun-out the Optical division as Lightscape Networks, Eran was appointed President and CEO of the company. In 2002, following the telecom's market meltdown in 2001, Lightscape was remerged into ECI as an independent business unit, Eran remained with the company as Executive VP & General Manager of what became the Lightscape Optical Network Business Unit. As such, Eran led the BU through the worst telecom market downturn in 2002, returning it to remarkable growth and profitability.

Eran holds MSc and BSc degrees in Electrical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University in Israel .

Shahar Gorodeisky
 Chief Technology Officer

Dr. Shahar Gorodeisky brings to Celtro more than 10 years experience in management, marketing and R&D in hi-tech. Prior to joining Celtro, Shahar was President and COO of Memlink, an optical communications company, after serving first as VP Marketing and Product Management. Shahar served several years at Tadiran Telecom and ECI, initially as an R&D Director and then as an Associate Vice President of Marketing and Product Management.

Shahar holds a PhD in physics and an MSc in applied physics from the Weizman Institute of Science in Rehovot, Israel and a BSc in physics and computer science from Tel Aviv University.

Gilles Pazner
Vice President Sales

Mr. Gilles Pazner, Vice President Global Sales joined Celtro in 2010 after various executive sales positions in ECI Telecom, among them Regional Business Manager for Asia Pacific and President of ECI Telecom Philippines,

Mr. Pazner comes to Celtro with over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry where he has held worldwide sales management positions. Prior to ECI, he served at Mind CTI Ltd, Gilat Satellite Networks and other leading companies.

Mr.Pazner holds a degree in Computer Science from I.F.I.P. Paris, and a Masters degree in Science from J.J Rousseau School, Sarcelles.

Arie Shaham
Vice President Research and Development

Mr. Shaham joined Celtro in February 2011. He brings over 25 years of experience in large-scale software and hardware project development with particular focus in the areas of networking, voice, IP, ATM and VoIP in the Telecommunications industry. Prior to joining Celtro, Mr. Shaham held executive positions at several high tech companies including a co-founder and EVP of R&D for Tdsoft Communications, EVP of R&D at Vocaltec Ltd and EVP of R&D for Netformx. He has also held senior project management positions at Tadiran Telecom and within the Israeli Aircraft industry.

Mr. Shaham holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering from the Tel-Aviv University and a Real-Time Software Engineering degree from the Israeli Aircraft Industry institute of Software Engineering

Joshua Di-nur
Chief Financial Officer

Joined Celtro in October 2010. Mr. Di-nur brings with him vast financial managial experience both in Israel (public and private companies) and abroad (USA and China). Prior to joining Celtro he served as the CFO of Vocaltec Communication Ltd. (public company on NASDAQ), President of ECI Telecom China, CFO of the Optical Network Division of ECI Telecom and the CFO of Pelephone Communication Ltd.

Mr. Di-nur is a certified Public Accountant and received his a B.A in Economics and Accounting from Tel-Aviv University.

Michal Adler Tal
Human Resources Director

Ms. Michal Adler-Tal, joined Celtro in November 2010. Prior to joining Celtro Ms. Adler-Tal served in Vocaltec (TdSoft) as Vice President of Human Resources, and was part of Vocaltec's management team. Prior to joining Vocaltec, Michal served in various human resource positions, primarily in the high-tech industry and acquired extensive human resource management experience, including employee and international work relations, policy issues and training in the corporate world.

Ms. Adler-Tal holds a BA in Social Sciences from The Open University of Israel.
