Hardware Support and Maintenance
As a vendor of mission-critical infrastructure hardware, Celtro is well versed in hardware maintenance procedures, and provides our customers with reliable and timely service for all products.

Hardware Repair
Celtro maintains a significant inventory of spare parts in its warehouses, with the aim of ensuring ongoing operation of all customer systems. Upon receipt of faulty parts from the client, Celtro will repair or replace parts within a defined time interval and in accordance with the Repair Material Authorization (RMA) procedures specified in the client Warranty Plan.

On-Site Replacement Bank for Critical Parts
For selected clients, Celtro maintains a reasonable emergency stock of spare parts on-site for servicing the equipment in the field. Under this program, the customer may exchange faulty parts with parts from the Celtro spare parts bank, subject to Celtro's determination that the faulty parts are repairable in accordance with normal practices and in accordance with the RMA procedures set out below. Replacement parts are then shipped to the customer immediately.
