Celtro Delivers Cellular Backhaul Switching Solutions
(Petah Tikva, Israel) October 3, 2005 – Celtro, a pioneer and leading global supplier of cellular backhaul switching solutions, today announced another record-breaking quarter based on its product shipments to customers in Europe, Africa and Latin America. Following its international success, Celtro now plans to expand its focus to mobile operators in Western Europe where a growing demand for backhaul solutions is fueled by the rollout of WCDMA and future migration to HSDPA radio technologies..

Celtro offers a field-proven optimal 2G/3G converged backhaul solution that is based on its unique Cellular Traffic Switching technology.  Celtro’s cellular backhaul switching solutions multiply the effective network capacity and maximize network efficiency and flexibility.  The resulting benefits to operators are increased revenues, improved customer satisfaction, as well as savings on network expenses.

Celtro's DynaMate solutions have been deployed by its customers in rapidly expanding networks to support a growing customer base, the introduction of new mobile data services (GPRS, EDGE) and the rollout of new 3G technology.

“This is our fourth continuous record breaking quarter," said Ron Zor, Celtro's chairman and chief executive officer.  "During this quarter we deployed a $1 million deployment as the first phase of a project with an African customer who is a subsidiary of a major global mobile operator.  We have received repeat orders from our Russian customers, bringing Celtro's revenues from the Russian territories to millions of dollars in the last 12 months.  In addition, we have expanded our market presence and are deploying our solutions in new customer networks. Following our international success, which has positioned Celtro as the market leader in cellular backhaul switching solutions, we are now expanding into Western Europe where the introduction of new broadband mobile services and the new WCDMA and HSDPA radio technologies has shifted the capacity and service delivery bottleneck from the radio segment to the cellular backhaul network."

Celtro targets the mobile market through its direct sales force and global network of agents and distributors, as well as joint sales opportunities with leading global mobile and transmission vendors.  Since 2004, Celtro has commercially deployed its DynaMate cellular backhaul switching products with 10 leading mobile operators servicing more than 100 million subscribers in Europe, Africa and Latin America.
